The last day to submit grant/payment requests is by end of day Friday, June 19th to be paid by Friday, June 26th. All payments received after June 19th will be processed and paid following Siesta Week.

This form should be used to submit payment requests and/or signed grant agreements to The Miami Foundation. Requests, including supporting documentation, must be received by Friday at 5:00 pm EST for payment within 2 weeks.  

The Foundation is issuing all payments electronically (ACH/Wire). While we will still allow payments via check, we highly recommend utilizing ACH transfers for faster payouts and enhanced payment tracking.
