The Miami Foundation’s Miami Fellows program is our deepest commitment to building the future generation of extraordinary, values-driven, cross-sector leaders for our region. Over the course of 15 months, Fellows will gain a deep understanding of the issues that matter most to the future of Miami, while honoring their leadership practice. For a lifetime of partnership and impact.

Miami Fellows Class XII is for professionals 45 years and under who are actively shaping a more equitable and thriving Greater Miami. • Leadership Forums, hosted between Labs with local power players such as the Superintendent, university presidents, CEOs, and elected officials.
  • Leadership Skills Development, anchored in real-world application: scenario planning, authenticity, strategic visioning, and personal brand building.
